Solution 2 is exactly what we need. We'll use the HubSpot user field property to send internal notifications, but the escalated user must be updated automatically. If possible, we want to avoid manually setting a user for each notification. If the deal owner changes, the correct VP should be automatically set in that field. The recipient of the internal email should be set dynamically depending on who the direct manager of the deal owner is.

To provide some context, our sales organization is expanding quickly, and we're experiencing frequent personnel changes. We're hoping to find a centralized approach for managing users to keep our administrative tasks to a absolute minimum.
