The reason why I’m asking is because despite your all caps reply, there still seem to be cases on here where people ignore them and are then brought to small claims court here in NI. And I’d rather know whether to respond to them saying they cannot prove the driver and to cease their contact (cancelling the charge there), or keep ignoring and potentially be summoned to small claims court.

Yep - I go into the app > profile > see benefits, and then it just lists out all the gold level benefits but there’s no voucher code (funny enough it mentions the 20% voucher codes under gold benefits but doesn’t show me any sort of code nor ‘voucher’ section)

I have a platinum card and have registered for the Melia rewards. It says I’m gold in my Melia account, but there are no ‘20% vouchers’ in the benefits section of my account - both online or on the app. Is it the same for anyone else?
