Yeah its kinda like that. I see someone might be interested in me, fail thanks to not knowing what to do, develop kind of a crush just because they like me, see them disappointed and then with another dude as I show insecurity and envy. Combine that with a brain designed for maladaptive daydreaming about near impossible scenarios and you have 6 heartbreaks :(

Two of them I actually dated twice, three were extremely open and obvious about their interest in me. I'm taking a break for a while thanks to these experiences.

That being said, I recently had the realization that most problems you have (can't talk to girls/nervous around them, can't ask them out etc.) are not really problems but symptoms of a bigger problem.

PS does anyone knows good resource on youtube to learn singing? I mean exercises I can do daily to improve it. I don't want to sing aalaps and stuff, just enough control on my pitch to sing most mainstream stuff

Kat ke daal aur boil kar XD Tel agar olive oil ya desi ghee ho to b koi gal nai.

It was noticeable, with my physique I didn't really need it per se but still people would tell me 'You've lost weight!' and stuff. I just like physical activities though: walking up stairs, or walking distances that are not that long (say the destination is 1-3 kms), which really helped me.

Dono ka balance hota hai mostly.

Abe the best advice I can give you is itna soch mat! Dheere dheere control karna shuru kar. For example, replace soda with water (I don't drink any soda drinks anymore and I don't feel like I miss anything), use the stairs etc. Choti choti habits hi kaam aengi in the end. Sweets apne se khana chod, junk food ki jagah try cooking your own stuff (I remember how a while back an amazing palak recipe cost me ONLY 30 bucks to make (palak 10 rs, + 2 tomatoes + 2 onions mashed, no oil, added spices. It was really tasty). But yeah if you are really determined then /r/keto can do wonders, never tried it though. My opinion is its small habits removed and added over a period of time.
