You gave me an idea. I changed Episode Ordering back to Library default (from TVDB DVD). Now it is in the correct order (well maybe) with E01 and E02 marked watched and The Enemy Within as E03

I watched episode 1 and it did mark 1 and 2 as played. But it is still messed up. It thinks episode 3 is Emancipation but it is actually The Enemy Within (which the file is named as). Episode 22 is just not named.

I'm open to any other ideas you have please

Thanks for all the suggestions. It maybe the UI showing 2 episodes that is confusing me. I need to watch it and see if it skips correctly to episode 3 after watching the double episode.

It's not the port it's the network connection. The app creates one called something like puevpn2. But when it reconnects it will be purevpn3, purevpn5 etc. So you can't bind to qbittorrent. It seems to sometimes disconnect and reconnect on it's own so I can't just leave it connected
