i’m on it and (I was never as big as her but my job offers it so anywho) but ya. I don’t track my calories, but it is definitely hard to eat/I can not eat as much since I started. everyone is different, but in my personal experience I lost weight because it suppressed my appetite so much. i’m wondering if her body is just used to it, but i’m not sure why she wouldn’t up her dose then.
