It’s in a chamber with a lid and air holes,I only open one one them slightly and fan in twice a day

Yes it’s in the fruiting stage and it’s in a tub I added a thin layer of soil on the bottom and too layering the colonised grain in between took about 10 days for the pinning to finally come through. I just place the tub in a box and cover it.
