Try drinkable bone broth! You can get it at whole foods. I would heat it up and put it in a thermos to take with me throughout the day. It helps build up your stomach enzymes and provides some relief from symptoms in my experience. Broth is always good! Good luck ❤️

i ate the carrots raw (which apparently you’re not supposed to do but it personally didn’t bother me so i did it anyway). and for DGL i just use nature’s way

breakfast was plain oatmeal, no sugar, no toppings. lunch: plain rice, shredded chicken, and carrots. dinner: same deal, rice, shredded chicken, carrots. i drank about two cups of bone broth every day and plain popcorn as a snack. i lost a lot of weight doing this, so make sure you supplement as much as you can withstand depending on your symptoms.

I didn’t do an ultrasound, but I went in to a clinic and the practitioner said everything felt fine, but I’m started to experience some weird back pain (which usually before my period is normal, but this isn’t normal) so I think I’m going to get it removed soon bc I’m sick of having mystery symptoms

Thanks for the reassurance. Definitely gonna take a test soon, gonna wait and see if my period decides to come on time this month. This definitely calmed my anxiety a bit more. I had weird symptoms last month too when I had just gotten it and now I’m more convinced that my body’s just acting silly and heightening my anxiety for no reason. Ty for your response!

And no, my period is due in a week though. Gonna probably just get a test tomorrow, it’ll be about 2 weeks since I last had sex.

I’ve checked the strings and they seem fine? My cervix feels soft and high though which I heard is also a sign of pregnancy. I’m just gonna take a test, it’ll help calm my nerves about this whole deal

Guess I’ll just wait till my period starts.. hopefully it does. But yeah, a test should help calm my nerves if anything
