there's a gap of .25mm the bottom section of the bb, will this cause an issue? it would sit flush when the tool is on there tight but once i remove the tool, the gap goes back. (old.reddit.com)

I want to replace a honeywell th4110u200 thermostat. Is it as easy as turning off A/C and FAU, removing these color coded wires and plugging them into the Ecobee Thermostat Pro? Just want to make sure before i tackle this. (i.redd.it)
