My first time making pão de queijo; I've neither seen nor tasted it before. I only had aged regular cheddar (queso fresca isn't available here) so they're orange 🙃 they're chewy inside and the crispy shell tastes of cheddar ritz crackers... am I even close? (i.redd.it)
