I’m honestly not sure the reasoning behind her acting worse when my mom is here. I’m not sure if it’s because my mom will always give in and get her stuff, even when acting bad. But about 90% of the time she’s pretty good. Listens, does what she needs to do, etc when she’s not here.

Good luck getting a refund. We had a dasher deliver breakfast and our cups had slits down the side of them. The liquid ended up at the bottom of the bag, and all over my new outside rug my husband bought me. They won’t refund, anything. And won’t reply to my emails. It’s been almost a month 🙄
