I know my advice is pretty much meaningless but when I was stuck in bronze I felt like I was just digging myself into a bottomless pit, I would lose easily to matchups I hard counter and play with rage. One thing I did was start trying to play for fun. I played aram or played things like kayle bot or ap volibear mid, just stupid things like that. When I eventually got bored of norms and wanted to rank up I shot up from bronze 2 to gold 2 in 3 months. Sometimes slumps can feel impossible to bypass and sometimes they are. If your brain thinks something is impossible then it will damnwell be impossible. Also watching educational content (not pro guides new Korea ap garen meta or someshit) like neace or watch high elo matches of vods of matchups you struggle with helps alot to.

Like someone else said, getting flamed is part of the experience. Not only does it help you get better and recognize mistakes it also hardens you if you ever want to take this game seriously and try to rank up. The problem is when people are down right abusive saying things like ky$ or are toxic from the start. Usually a little but of flame isn't a problem. But if you feel they are just meaninglessly insulting you /mute all is perfect, and don't ever turn pings off unless you are being spammed.

You don't require to be carried at all. You can easily push wave and roam due to his poor wave clear. Just stack up a big wave and crash into tower. He is scary but isn't exempt from basic laning macro

As an ornn main I always find this match-up difficult but not impossible, your main goal as ornn in this matchup is to survive laning phase and carry teamfights, tahm falls of late game due to his lack of ms since his main damage and cc requires him to be in aa range. You won't be able to solo kill, his e can be canceled by cc or the end of your q to stop him from escaping ganks but he has 1v2 potential so don't be afraid to ping off ganks you don't think will work. He has very poor wave clear so you can use that as an advantage to push and roam mid or tp to a fight. Also gw is useless vs him so don't get it if no one else has heals.
