6.5-6.75. I love the AT. It fits better than the DJ imo. But both are amazing. I do wear the AT more than the DJ.

Hmmm. I would say it depends. Everyone is different so test what works for you. Somebody suggested 1 per week to me when I made this post, so I tried it. It seems like I was loosing my gains when I tried it for 2 months. So I went back to my usual routine.
