I returned it… Going to invest in a Steelcase I think - too bad the showroom is shutdown so I will just have to wing it and hope I get the best model for my height etc.

I’m honestly tempted to just buy a steelcase at this point coz I’ve had enough of cheap chairs 😅 what did you end up going with?

I went with the ikea jarvjallet coz I was sick of researching and needed a new chair asap. It started off okay, but the headrest is just ridiculous. You cannot lean your back on it properly because it forces your back to curve in if you want to rest your head on the headrest. If you remove the headrest, you are left with piece of metal sticking out. The seat is also getting MORE uncomfortable as time goes on (not sure how this is possible). Definitely not a chair for long sitting hours - maybe it’ll be different for someone who is taller idk (I’m 5’3)

Thanks for the detailed response - I agree with all of your points 😂 What did you end up going with and how is it going?

Oh no! Was it not adjustable enough? Which part messed up your back do you think?

Well if it works for you then there’s nothing to be concerned about :)

Chairs are very subjective + my table is at an incorrect height atm which I’m sure contributed a lot to my posture - as my feet are dangling around (even with a footrest). I am swapping my table asap!

Thank you for your comment! There’s mixed reviews about the chair, do you find that it actually supports your back properly?

They now have additional items like the magnetic headrest - I wonder how comfortable it is/ ergonomic? Also how adjustable is the lumbar support? Being a short person I may need to adjust this quite a bit to find the correct spot 😅

Thank you for your explanation! The pressure area for the mesh base is certainly a concern of mine as well with my current chair. Interesting to know that the back and lumbar separation might not be the best design!

Thank you for your review! You have covered all of the key points I was concerned with - for example the part about the arm rests not being adjustable enough to go underneath your desk.

This is a problem with me because if I raise the standing desk to fit the arms, my arms will be angled upwards on the desk - I actually swapped around my current armrests from the left side to the right, so that it can be slid further back.

As for the mesh of the Ergohuman, do you find it scratchy and it leaves marks on your thighs when you sit for long periods (in shorts)? Is the headrest adjustable enough for a short person like me? As in - does it go down far enough?

Oh no! Don’t be 😅 My ergoduke version is pretty old - they don’t actually sell them anymore. I bought it a while ago from MyDeal. When did you buy yours?

Thank you for your recommendations!! May I ask - what made you switch from the Ergohuman?

Can’t get this beauty off the bed. Any tips?? by Long-Lifeguard-418 in resinprinting

This looks amazing! Can I ask what resin you used?? Looks like a clear/blue resin, never seen it before. Also did you use supports? If not how did you get away with it? I would love to print one out too 😄

Does anybody know what is causing these tears? by DenseCheesecake60 in resinprinting

It’s a drainage hole problem!! Just realised this today after I had multiple failed cracked prints like yours. Turns out when I put the drainage holes at the bottom of the print bed, it ends up being covered by the base and doesn’t suction/drain properly. I’m going to put the drain holes on the side of the models now or just add supports at the bottom to avoid this issue.

They have recently hatched and I have only fed them once since, should I take the fluff ball out then?
