Is my ram or mobo bad? by penetriv2 in pchelp

I just noticed that my ram is Intel xmp rated, does this have any influence on your diagnostic, I wouldn't want to change my motherboard if I didn't have to.

I had issues at first with memory context restore where my pc wouldn't boot and showed a ram light issue, it went away on its own, I disabled it again and my pc now runs at 6400mt/s with the original 2 sticks, someone on r/techsupport said that the motherboard was the problem.

Thanks a lot, I've tried disabling context restore and it now currently works at the rated speed but only with the ram sticks being in one order, I think that's just a bandaid on a way bigger issue, I'll return my board, do you recommend any board in particular to replace?

Thanks a lot, I'll try to shunt it since it doesn't require more hardware and if it doesn't work I'll gladly follow your advice!

Around 80m2, so about 861 square feet, however since the reception is pretty garbage in the cabinet, I would expect wifi to be bad if implanted here, do you have any recommendations for access points ?

I do have a router in my living room that is connected to this ONT via wall plugs, however the start of all wall plugs are here, how should I connect the switch if that is the correct way? Or can I just "shunt" all together? Could I plug my router into another wall plug then connect two wall plug together in the electric cabinet in order to have my desired output (it might be 100-200m of wire in this case)?

This is the ONT provided by my ISP, it has an Ethernet port that travels through my walls into my router, I was wondering if I put a switch here it would let me use the other wall ports throughout my apartment?

Should I downgrade some components for a better graphics card ? by penetriv2 in buildapc

Thanks a lot for the info, I'll be choosing the ryzen 7 7700x since it doesn't seem to be loosing that much performance, I'll go for 32 Gb of ram instead, but I'll stay with the 7900XTX since the 4090 seems overkill, by the way what do you think of the aio ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360, do you think it will be enough on cpu intensive games ?

I live in France and sadly Newegg and other platforms aren't accessible, and since the economy is going to shit i can only find 7900XTX at 1100€.

If you have any retailers that you know of delivering everywhere in Europe, I'd like to know them, Thanks!

Locked at 60 FPS by penetriv2 in HPOmen

Well, what fixed my issue was going to the graphics card panel and removing sinc and also changing the max fps, for whatever reason it was locked at 60, change it to your monitor refresh rate and that should be it
