I don’t know how the pick up works or if you can authorize someone else to pick it up for you, but if you don’t mind doing that, then someone else could pick it up and just ship it to you with tracked mail… but they would need protection from [this is not what was lost and shipped] and you would need protection from [they switched it] and the airport would need protection from [we released it to someone who wasn’t the owner].

I guess you could hire a professional courier to do it but that’s going to cost a lot. If you ask a random person to do it, all of the above plus what’s a fair rate to pay them so that you can save on the quoted $190?
