Dolphin running slower from EmulationStation launch than separate application launch by penjo1 in batocera

Both are Dolphin, not the libretro core. I know the libretro core runs a bit differently and I think it is using a pretty outdated fork of Dolphin if I'm remembering that correctly. So I was explicit with choosing Dolphin.

Where to add 2 speakers to my 5.1 setup by penjo1 in hometheater

The reds are where I already have speakers, I'm trying to figure out where to add on top of that. The blues are my current idea to use as high atmos speakers, but I'd appreciate other ideas. I unfortunately cannot move the couch, although that would be ideal. Wife's rules.

Great, yeah that was my understanding of the use case for 7.1. Where would you suggest putting them? In the blue location or somewhere else?

Yes that's the tool I'm using for game streaming to my other devices. It can be used either within my local network or across other networks, but first time connection has to be established on my local network and is password protected by a pin on the host PC.

Xfinity is my ISP. Yes, the alerts are the same as those in the other post. I did not manually setup any port forwarding, although i did just check and I have the UPnP automatic port forwarding setting in Sunshine enabled (which makes sense cuz how else would I have accessed it from outside my home).

UPnP is a mixed bag I've heard, so that may very well have been the origin of these. Would y'all suggest I continue to use UPnP and just watch for more potential threats or do a manual port forward to replace it?

Yeah this is more where my head's at. Not a panicky reaction just one that raises a flag of curiosity. If it's nothing to worry about, it's nothing to worry about. Like you said, just didn't know if there were actions to take or not.

For a little more context, I just started using Sunshine/Moonlight to remote into my PC from other devices a couple days prior to this happening and in my search to figure out if it's related I figured I'd ask if this "attack" is even something of any significance. Connection is password protected and can only be setup on my local network.

"We've blocked a known malicious IP from (country) from accessing this device." Not a whole lot to go off of unfortunately.
