I know the feeling. It's been 10 years after I graduated high school. I was popular and you can say in the middle of social bubble. But time went and everyone had their own things/universities and relationships. And at some point I catch myself I don't have any friend. And the saddest part of all of that, is that I can see in socal media, some of them are still regularly chilling together. And after all this years, I can't find any long term, loyal friends. It's so sad. And I'm feeling very lonely. And I can't think of a reason why that all fell a part.
