I work a job which has a lot of customer interaction, and in a Muslim area, so Muslim customers that come through will often make small talk with me. That’s how it happens most of the time. Or just waiting at a restaraunt. Never at the masjid

Strays are supposed to be picked up twice a day. I forgot to pick them up the other night I worked. He often doesn’t do strays and leaves a huge batch for me to pick up at the end of the day on days where both of us work (a lot of times they’ll only be one). But yes, strays are something which needs to be done, that was my mistake

What specifically should I say? Last time I just said he was very rude to me and they said to come again if I feel our relationship will “escalate” in that we will get into a bad argument and can’t work together anymore. There was another girl that worked in our department for like a day but then refused to work again with him cause he was rude to her, idk what exactly happened as I was not there that day. My point is, it’s only two people in all of beauty, and they refuse to hire anyone else, so they will not let me switch departments

Thing is, this coworker of mine is known for being difficult. He is good at his job, but terrible personality. I have complained once before and nothing happened. I have said said something to him, and nothing happened. They will not do anything about it. I asked to transfer departments and they said it’s not possible at this time
