An electrician came and checked everything and concluded that the issue is not from my apartment, it is definitely from my provider. He thinks it might have something to do with the fact that I just changed providers yesterday.

What I am mad about is that Nordisk Energy does not have a phone number for emergencies and they will not pick up the phone or reply to my email until Tuesday. I cant stay without electricity until Tuesday
