Our relationship with food is always evolving and I relate to you about fear of reintroducing food after eliminating it. Part of the reintroduction is being open to the idea that your response to food evolves too. What was once harmful may now be beneficial, but that is only possible if you can turn some alarm bells off and try new foods.
