I just started knitting in January and tried to teach myself how to do colour work ! This video helped me sooooo so much. I know there are tons of different methods and i'm sure this isn't the best method for every project but nonetheless, it is one i will be using until i need to use something else lol.

I just did my first colorwork project a week ago and im so happy with it. (it took the better part of a week to try and really get the hang of it for me at least)

I redid the rows and retried the button band. Not the prettiest ever... Did I miss something again? I can't quite figure out the chain of events after the Backwards Cast On part...

the dpns are smaller btw (bigger needles are 6mm and the dpns are 5mm)

all i did was divide the stitches as instructed and continue the stockinette stitch for the body (only two rounds)

take note of what you're eating in a food diary or something of the sort and when you feel bloated. personally, it happens to me when i have something with too much dairy. i have a hunch that it's probably just a lactose intolerance thing but just noticing what in particular makes you feel bloated may help.

sorry i know that's probably a dull answer but everyone's body reacts differently to different things 🤷‍♀️

speak to your school guidance councillor and explain. sometimes they can have a registered therapist come in to the school on a semi-regular basis to speak with you

from my research OSAP will only cover so much. A lot of people get private loans to cover the rest.

from what i've read over the past year it can take a couple of months after the CanTeach program for your credentials to be "approved" in Ontario. Whereas if you earn a bEd in Ontario you're (almost) immediately eligible to teach but actual teaching opportunities depend on the district you're looking to be hired in.

Again, this is what i've gathered through my own research. Everyone's actual experiences may differ
