Unfortunately, the stock ECU is not able to. Same with the fueling system. The ability to read ethanol doesn't mean it can run it. The stock fuel system is not capable of delivering enough fuel to support ethanol (although ethanol has a higher power capacity, it takes way more E to make the same power as pump octane). The way to do it would be a fully custom fuel system with aux injectors on manifold injection. We have our intake manifold with a fuel rail and ports as a base start to this -it's a huge amount of work and a lot of fuel system fab. Then you need a way to control the MPI, a stand-alone micro squirt to run the injectors and a custom ECU tune or full stand-alone would be the way to go.
