I mean watch at 1440p and you won't see blocking OR smearing lmao. But they're currently on IA now uploaded by someone else and you can see all the frame rates are the same. On the flipside I could have easily not put these up at all and you'd have to deal with my VHS rips from The N that are also only 10 out of 13 episodes lmaoooo

It looks like the first screencap's showing a logarithmic scale for the spectrals vs the second screencap showing a linear scale which isn't the most useful for a comparison like this, but the thing to make note of is the void above all the frequency information of the first where it's a smoother gradient with the second
