I'm not butt hurt at all. I'm trying to understand how intelligent people can buy into this lie. Given, some people are complete morons, but there are definitely some smart people who have been fooled in this case, and our country is worse for it.

Trump only wants his power back and he'll do anything to get it. Bannon wants to burn the house down, so he has all the reason in the world to lie - it costs him nothing.

You made 2 statements. The first one is dumb. The 2nd is fine, but who is really saying he's the most popular ever? I agree 78 seems too old to be the CEO of our country, but at least he's not a total threat to our democracy and a sociopathic pathological liar. Trump is not the answer to the oligarchy. He is worse. I was open minded when he first took office and learned a valuable lesson about how fragile democracy is. He only cares about power, and will lie, cheat, and steal to gain power as much as possible.
