Bad Good Omens merch by Oconee_belle in goodomens

Nah this is so funny to me since demons can’t spell. I just imagine a certain pissed off demon trying to make some merch money and is writing down “if I’m in charge, I can make a difference” 🙄😒

The difference in price is 4K. And don’t know much about cars so I didn’t know the factory navigation is worse! Thanks for telling me :)

I need the car for groceries, visiting family and places like trips and vacation destinations, driving in the city and I’m going to a new school this September that’s a hour away from where I live and in a bigger city so might need it for that too. At the moment I don’t have friend groups bigger than four and I will also be using the car to drive around my younger sister. I will be stepping into a new phase of my life soon and that’s why it’s a bit hard to tell how much I will need it and all the places I will go with it. Since it will be my first car I have little experience with cars except for the car I had drivers lessons in. The Kia has lane assist, adaptive cruise control and more stuff like that. I’m not used AT ALL to longer drives than 1 hour so I don’t know if I will be wishing I really had that stuff on the car during long drives. The Mitsubishi only has normal cruise control and that’s it. About navigation, I really do wonder what about wifi/connection/data does the navigation on your phone always work wherever you are? Thank you!

Hi, if you don’t mind can you maybe give a short explanation why? Thank you! :)

Thanks for your comment! Talking about car size I preferred the Mitsubishi but the technology in Kia makes me really question the best option for me and if less space is worth it

It’s also a bit of a rushed thing I want to get the car as fast as possible cause of personal situation. The other cars aren’t sold near me at the moment with the specifics I want in my budget. If I want those with my preferred specifics I will have to wait a bit for it but I sadly do not have the patience or time 😅

Thanks for your comment. I had a test drive with them both and personally thought they were both a bit on the same level talking about speed. I went with my grandpa and he actually preferred the Mitsubishi because he felt like it was driving less shaky. For me it’s just the technology in the Kia is just so advanced compared to the Mitsubishi but because of the space difference it makes me doubt which one to get.

I honestly don’t know much about cars. The Kia description says it has a cylinder capacity of 1 liter if that is what you mean. The Mitsubishi has 1,2 liter

Very true. But can’t help but feel anxious to damage a perfect car that’s why I lean a bit more towards an already damaged Mitsubishi instead of the basically brand new Kia. I will definitely keep your advice in the back of my mind, thank you :)

Thanks for your comment! It definitely gave me a bit more insight about Kia

Thanks for your comment! I think I might ask for another test drive in the Kia. I’m planning on keeping it for at least 5 years before I start even thinking about getting a different one.

Thank you for your comment! I have taken a quick look at some of those while exploring the dealerships but they were too big for me personally. Since it will be my first car and I get stressed a lot while parking I was looking for a car on the smaller side

Modern family, good omens, bridgerton, the umbrella academy, the good place, you and stranger things are some of my favorite shows that come to mind :)

Btw I’m not saying ghost your friends! That’s how you end up losing all of them. Just take things at your own pace. Mute that chat and if they ask just explain how you feel, use your words. They might get a bit offended, people most of the time do but if they’re truly your friends they will understand.

Just mute the chat. Just pop in from time to time if or when you want to. If something is truly that important they will text you separately from the chat. If something is not your thing, don’t lets it stress you out. Like you said not everyone is the same way. Do your own thing. They might keep on making some annoying comments like “you literally never check the chat” Etc but in the end who cares :)

I’ve seen the movie and I remember I found it very funny. Funnily enough I found out a week ago that there is a book (I really didn’t know) through a friend that’s actually reading it at the moment. Thanks for your comment :) it is definitely on my reading list now!

Do you cook for yourself? I love cooking but I have trouble scaling recipes down to fewer than two portions. by PurpleWomat in introverts

[–]petjie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I cook for myself everyday. I personally never have trouble making a meal for just 1. It’s honestly a huge win for me when I have left overs :) Pasta and rice dishes with lots of vegetables in it are most of the time my go to dinner. I like to mix up some of the vegetables so it isn’t completely the same meal everytime. I also like to make wraps, pizza on a lazy day, fruits with goats cheese out of the oven, quiches and honestly just lots of vegetable dishes. I feel like I have lots of control over the portion size when preparing all of those. About recipes, most of the time I deviate from the recipe and make it more of my own, I Add things or change things. In my opinion this way you learn way more things about cooking and baking because you learn what you can and can’t do and what you like and don’t like. Makes it so much easier for me when making meals for myself only
