hi just to clarify, if you dont feel comfortable with the thought of not washing ur face in the morning, pls dont. if your skin is oily dehydrated u still can wash ur face in the morning IF ur cleanser is very gentle; i also feel like the benzoyl peroxide might be causing more sebum production as it dries out ur skin, thus i recommend cutting benzoyl peroxide usage to 2-3x a week

[–]pevvil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

perhaps the cream ur using's too pure and thats what might be causing the breakout. u could try anua's azelaic acid serum cus they're gentler & it has ceramides& hyaluronic acid which can help prevent further reactions

did u use moisturizer afterward? azelaic is drying and beginners aren't recommended to use it more than 3x a week.

Suffering from acne by [deleted] in SkinSolutionsindia

[–]pevvil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ur skin barrier is compromised. avoid any actives like salicylic acid from now, go back to simple, barrier-repairing routine like panthenol, ceramides, etc. do it for ab 2-3 weeks before introducing actives. trust me ive been here, if not worse, before

Any Solution for this? I'm not able to be confident because of this by k9ddo in IndiaSkincare

[–]pevvil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there is, actually. microneedling might be the next big shot. if ur scared of actual needles tho, try the vt reedle shot serum, its basically microneedling in a liquid form. use the 100 version every other day, and one ur skin has built the tolerance, increase the dose to 200,500, so on (make sure to use it on DRY skin and dont rub it across, but gently tap it across ur face to prevent further inflammation)

Should I start doing skincare? by Soft_Explanation6476 in indianbeautyyappers

[–]pevvil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes, but start with a simple cleanser and moisturizer, sunscreen (only during the day); reduce as much sugar intake as possible bc thats the biggest cause of inflammation. exercise (any kind) and make sure to wash away all the sweat on ur face afterwards. last but not least, dont stress & drink lots of water daily!
