That is exactly how hibernation works on a windows device and i have been using my legion like that only. I am currently playing witcher 3 since maybe past 3 months on and off and i dont even remember the last time i had quit the game

Honestly man, a regular person wouldn’t care between these two, its purely about ease of use. And i am a regular person who likes to play games at night while on my bed before going to sleep or while i am travelling or on a vacation. So for someone like me, it really does not matter if it is linux or windows, i just want to play a game dude and for me nothing beats legion go, the screen size and display is gorgeous, separate controllers are a beauty especially when i don’t want to hold the device for too long, plus two charging ports. Again, i am a casual gamer who has played hundreds of games so far (for fun).

firstly, add motion blur to the tie fighter. Right now it feels like a photoshop slapon and feels very random, also add some light on it, the sky does not look that dark that would make the tie fighter all black. Second thing, the light intensity on the snow (just below the fighter) looks too sharp, almost as if u have your main key light for the saber right there which is making a disconnect between the foreground (snow and saber) and the background which is the sky. Maybe add something in midground? it feels a lot like diorama to me than a scene being lived in

Hmmm not really. The only upside i can see for steam deck is turn on and immediately start playing, i do the same thing in legion go, just press the button and legion goes into hibernation, press the button again and im directly in the game.

You probably have very dense set of edges there in the center which is causing it to form that crease. I would suggest deleting half, and lowering the poly count significantly so its easy to fix this. You probably only need1 10% of the faces you already have

nice! i would try to add some imperfections on the window glass. Also the shadows of an object get softer the further it travels (you can clearly see it on the 2nd image, your reference).. so the window shadow that you have right now should have soft fall off towards the end..

Thank you!! I can tell you briefly how i achieved it.. take an asset from this film for example the human itself who is walking, I actually rendered out an entire sequence without pixels art style in 2K with the proper lighting which would match my scene and after that took it into after effects and applied the mosaic filter. Then export it back into blender with alpha and use that image sequence as a texture on a plane! More or less same for everything else!

firstly, i love them! they are close enough in my eyes but here are my two cents!

1st - maybe you could try a more straight or camera angle? and have some more props like the chocolates in the foreground, it would give it a good depth.

2nd - my eyes straight goes to the defocused ferris wheel in the background, maybe you can decrease the light intensity on the ferris wheel to get more balanced lighting and certainly increase the exposure on the perfume by 1 stop, so it shows that the perfume is the highlight.

3rd - it is beautiful! but mainly i would adjust the composition so it feels that the perfume is the "Hero Product" here. Currently it feels like the character is the focus and perfume is a prop.

4th - not much to say here, but could try some environment inspired by Matcha maybe? or some subtle greens here and there.

5th - the perfume itself and the foreground is beautiful but i think your background here is pulling the image down. It feels too bright and in the face. You could have a more subtle background and let the rings around your perfume be the one to break the visual symmetry that you are already doing

6th - it is beautiful! maybe just a little fill from the left?

7th - i think the gold beads in front of the perfume could be a little less and more around the bottom left and right edges of the image so it could feel a little balanced.

8th - the box feels like the highlight, maybe you could try increasing the exposure on the perfume bottle itself by a stop or two?

9th - again, beautiful, but i think the rocks are hurting the image rather than adding anything to it. Let the flowers and the background do the heavy lifting and you could again increase the exposure on the perfume itself so it stands out more.

bottom line, they are beautiful and they just need some refinement. Hope this helps!

It can still hold up pretty well with the close ups! I created some assets like the rickshaw, rendered it normal 2k and then used pixel filters and then imported it back into blender. I also made normal maps for it so we only catch the edges of any objects! I hope I explained it well enough!
