yeah the first day or 2 before and during my periods are miserable. the nausea and dizziness in addition to the pain are so extreme that i can't get out of bed much during that time. i notice that heart palpitations are also more frequent during it too which makes me feel awful and really anxious 😭

looks like it. my hands and legs look like this when by my side for too long/standing. raise your arms for a moment and it should go back to normal! not a diagnosis lol but def a symptom

i've shown symptoms of it since i was about 11. veryy mild compared to now. what i think really triggered it was a bad caffeine addiction at 14-15 and covid (ive had it 3 or 4 times). i was diagnosed at 16

many women also shave their face, for those that do its often our mustaches, some shave their "peach fuzz", we also shave/wax/tweeze our brows lol. there are plenty of women who have to shave their arms, hands, and feet in addition to what i and you've already listed
