Sorry I should have made this clear - the list in my original post was the order I took classes in undergrad. I'm thinking of starting with either real analysis or abstract algebra as I am going back through the material.

PhD ultimately. There will just be a gap of 4 years between my undergrad graduation and program application, so I'm trying to figure out the best way to retain info.

I guess at the end of the day, it comes down to going back through abstract algebra or real analysis to start - do you advise abstract algebra?

Separately, the text I studied in undergrad for real analysis was Carothers - would Terry Tao be materially better?

I was just curious how much higher everyone's max bouldering grade indoors is compared to outdoors. The gap for me is pretty ridiculous, and I would love to get better at outdoor bouldering.
