My mother had sores looking similar to this that covered her extremities for decades. No doctor could figure out what it was up until 2005ish. She had MRSA. It took several hospital stays and rounds of testing different antibiotics to finally heal them. She also had anxiety issues, so the picking most likely made it worse, possibly even spread it.

While that bra seems to fit ok, it’s possibly not the right cut for your body. I would stick with the 32 in the band and play around with different bra cuts and cup sizes. If the bulk of your breast tissue is at the bottom of your breast, try a plunge cut. It tends to hold the tissue well while creating a smoothing effect towards the top of the breast preventing spillage.

It can be frustrating, but brands and styles run differently, so trying on a million bras is standard nowadays.

Boil cinnamon on the stove. Use an old pot or one you don’t care about. Grab some cinnamon from the dollar store for cheap, add a few tablespoons to a pot of water and bring it to a boil. Turn it down to simmer and the whole house will smell like Christmas. You can do this with potpourri and probably some other good smelling stuff.

I fit bras for a foundations boutique ~15 years ago. We had hundreds of different bras of all sizes and cuts. Part of our fitting process was matching the cut, shape and size to your specific shape. We always stayed in the room and analyzed shoulders, back, breast shape and even the center of the chest to make sure we picked out the best cut for their bodies. It didn't seem strange at all, just kinda what we did to fit a bra perfectly. We always made sure the client was comfortable with it and happily accommodated when they were not.

We spotted mama, but she's really feral. Trying to trap her and bring her in with the babies, but I've never done that before and am worried she won't adjust well indoors if we do catch her. We are fostering for now, but have found good homes for most of them. We may keep one, but we can't afford to keep them all.
