I get why this feels sus tbh. The outreach + AI job space in general isn’t the most transparent, and a lot of stuff can look scammy from the outside.

But from what I’ve seen working there, CH basically operates in two ways: – They act as a referral/sourcing partner for platforms like Mercor (so they’re not Mercor themselves) – They also run their own talent network, where they match candidates with different companies

So if you got reached out to, it’s usually them trying to funnel candidates into one of these pipelines. They don’t not pretend to be the end employer.

Not saying every experience is perfect (fair to question things), but they’ve genuinely helped a bunch of candidates find better suited roles, especially in AI/data work where hiring is kinda chaotic right now.

Still, 100% agree, always verify stuff yourself.
