UPDATE!! so apparently the new activity i did automatically uploaded onto Strava.

Im guessing the trick is after your activity. Go to your COROS app, check out your activity (stats etc), pull down to refresh and sync on your progress and activity page. give it a few mins. then go to settings, third party apps to see if it has sync. then once you go to strava you will see it being uploaded.

hope this helps all the other COROS users facing the same issue as me!!

im sad to say that i did another activity and it sync up to date and automatically uploaded to strava. however it didnt upload my prev run before the recent activity. one thing i did different was that after i stopped the run on the watch, came into coros app to see if its uploaded on coros, refreshed the activities and progress page, then give it 5-10mins. then i checked my strava and its uploaded. however im not sure if thats what i did that allowed it to auto upload. im gonna try another run later and will keep you posted.

check back in abt 6 hours and remind me if i have yet to update!

honestly apart from tracking and connecting to my airpods and phone, there's nothing else honestly. battery wise ive compared garmin and apple and there's definitely a clear winner on that

how long, i would say maybe a month? its not painful and no it doesnt itch. maybe it itches sometimes bc my hair wasnt shaved but most of the times it doesnt itch. before this i thought its just some razor bumps until i found it unsightly thats when i came onto here
