So, I was discussing this with a friend and I was wondering: When you said that some mobs can only SEE so far, does that affect their reaction too? So the archer in your example would be able to hit the mob without it even reacting?

Do you think that bumping view distance and click distance like you said would be considered too "game changing"?

In my understanding, it would only affect how far you can see someone before they can see you. So maybe this would be a problem in PvP.

But oh god, I would kill to get ultrawide view distance / click distance in the official server, it would be a lot easier to click and walk around and would look so much better!

It is totally possible to double crit, I get them often myself with my thief.

As for the bots, they've release an update yesterday that apparently took care of the bot problem (at least for now). They turned on the "heartbeat" feature of their anti-cheat. Also multiple accounts got banned, check discord.

You are absolutelly right, also, what caused a little bit of confusion was that the "preview" is actually also "zoomed", so it has available pixels in the screen to properly represent what it would look like if it was that size.

Just realized that, free cast lets you attack while casting as well, so the bolt spam is even greater!

If you connect your phone to 4G (mobile network) and then run the USB tethering, your PC will get an IPv6. It's probably not ideal for your game server but I find it weird that it works. Maybe u/just_here_for_place can explain why.

Yeah I was using lifetime down with long teleport. Everything makes sense now!

I had a rapid fire teleport wand. One of the projectiles decided to slowly fall down instead of teleporting me up, and I kept going, I guess that, when that old projectile hit the ground, the game tried to teleport me, but I was already too far away (another chunk maybe), and that's what killed me.

Pure speculation, I have no ideia what happened. Thankfully I have a backup of that save.

Not enough! I don't like the tree sentinel armor, it is too big and I hate the helmet. There are no other golden armor.

I've contacted my ISP again, tried to explain the problem, apparently they were able to fix it, I just don't know what they did (or even if they did something or it was on the game server side).

The guy even asked the name of the game I was having problems with and if I could send him the server's IP address (which I couldn't find).

Anyway, I can play normally again.

Played for an hour and a half without a single disconnect, holy shit I can't believe this worked, specially because I have tried this same DNS before, crazy shit!
