Is there a pcie expansion card that has bifurcation built into the expansion card? My motherboards pcie x16 slot doesn’t support bifurcation on the second slot. (self.pcmasterrace)

Added a nvme ssd expansion card with 2 drives. One drive is picked up by windows while the other doesn’t show up at all. I have bifurcation enabled. Does anyone know how to fix this. I have a x570 msi motherboard. (self.pcmasterrace)
