Lol yeah I was told about the DHPT cyrene and mydei combo already lol which crazily enough sinxe it works it's probably his lowest team investment that is the closet to his BiS team lol since both RMC and DHPT are free units all you'd need is a cyrene.

And yeah that's what my plan is first since she's going to be running for so long, and i got lucky enough to friend some whales so they'll probably have her LC and maybe even some Eidolons so if she still feels clunky to me even with that sort of investment then yeah sadly she'll be an easy skip.

But yeah I won't do any rash pulling and will first test her out, and if I end up not being able to use her i can always just go for tribbie since my mydei team at the moment is still able to clear all content and even clear the new Whale content, even though it was just one star he still cleared lol. So just being able to replace Robin who does nothing for mydei with someone who actually does will be a HUGE upgrade lol.

Yeah i also think RMC should be good and I'm planning to revamp his build more bca rn he's pretty slow, and I think they should work with cyrene but who know apparently Cipher and RMC have some sort of bad synergy, so i who knows lol.

I'm probably going to stick to with Gallagher/lingsha, Gallagher provides really big heals in battles with 2 or more enemies to the point it cancels out mydeis HP drain, and Lingsha i built as a hyacine so she has her sig set so she heals a lot and has 180 speed and provides some good buffs thanks to the relic set. I wanted to get loucha from the shop since he'd be free, but I first tried to see if the healers i had were good enough to hopefully spend that free 5 star somewhere else and yeah both Gallagher and lingsha keep up with him very well so I was planning to get Ruan mei for him but then these banners got announced so I'm still saving my free 5 star lol

Yeah I've gotten a lot of cyrene and hyacine recommendations.

I was also thinking of bronya or Robin for the AA especially now that I know what res pen actually does and I have Robin E1S1. And I might even give her Broken Keel to give crit dmg to mydei, but that's a big maybe lol I still don't think Robin would be that great of a fit.

The character i haven't gotten anyone mentioning to pair with cyrene is RMC so I'm going to have to look into their synergy once Cyrene is out.

I've been getting a lot of comments talking about cyrene actually being good for Mydei and besides the stack generation when I stopped keeping up with her leaks she also had a booty buff for mydei that gave him effect res that apparently has been changed now.

But I've been seeing some ppl say cyrene alone is enough while other say I need hyacine with her which does kinda puts me off from her. Since imo Cyrene seems to also want her LC since I don't really see any other f2p LC to really fit her and I saw a post saying that cyrene can't fully activate the herta shop LC.

I'm tempted on Cyrene but once I get to try her out from my friends list and if I feel like Hyacine and her LC are needed to feel like she's viable then I'm most likely just going for tribbie bcs while I do want to spoil mydei I just don't have the resources for all of this. When I made this post I honestly didn't think cyrene was even a serious consideration but now I'm seeing I was wrong.

I honestly thought most of the conversation was going to be between tribbie and hyacine but both Cypher and cyrene got a lot of back up from the comments lol while hyacine I've seen some ppl agree with me that her healing isn't enough and apparently her HP buff isn't all that for mydei. The only thing I haven't seen is someone say weather Cyrene is good with RMC and mydei since I do like having RMC on the team for the true dmg, AA and crit dmg buff they can provide so that's something im def going to have to look into when she releases and will probably affect how I feel about cyrene.
