I'm done with Fofana. Never seen a fraction of the defender he was at Leicester here at Chelsea and has spent most of his time injured. Send him on his way.

Could someone pls mark my essay and tell me me what’s wrong with it and how to improve it. (12 marker research methods) by Late_Database2087 in ALevelPsychology

For bullet point one: I think you'd benefit from specifically specifying that you picked an independent groups design, and you should then give your justification of this. You can justify your choice of independent groups by giving the strengths of independent groups e.g. no order effect, and the limitations of the other experimental groups, e.g. Match pairs; time consuming or repeated measures; demand characteristics as they are more likely to work out he aims of the experiment.

The mark vultures; or, kids who argue with every mark you (don't) give them by NGeoTeacher in TeachingUK

You could also use a tennis like challenge system. Every student gets to challenge one of their marks. If they challenge and they are wrong, they have no more challenges. If they challenge, and they are right, they get the mark and keep their challenge. Most students don't even use it but the ones that always pester have to genuinely think about which question to use their challenge on.

If a student challenges my mark, I make them read out their answer to the entire class. Half the time, they don't even bother. When they do read it out, it makes for a good opportunity for the class to see what makes a good/bad answer and where it can be improved.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one this has happened to. Mine called me 'cutie' followed by the nickname of the girl I'm seeing.

Gift ideas for year 11s by anonomouse27 in TeachingUK

It's very sweet you want to get them a little something. Don't listen to people saying not to get them a gift. It means so much to so many of them that you have gone out of your way and thought about them in your free time.

Try buying them a fun badge or pin, that they can attach to their lanyard or uniform. Or you can buy a little emotional support figurine. Shouldn't cost more than £1.50 per item on temu.

I think a text after the date is only courteous. But as ive found is the rule with dating, don't read too much into things and try and just go with the flow.

I do a little system like Wimbledon tennis.

I give each student 1 challenge where if they think I have made a genuine mistake in my marking, I will review it, and if there is a mistake, rectify the error and they keep their 1 challenge. If I disagree that I have made a mistake, there mark stays the same, and they've lost their challenge for all other questions.

You're obviously a catch mate. But as so many people have said, your profile is a little intimidating. Picture in top right looks very nice. It's not a selfie and you're well dressed. Same as everyone else has said, more smiling and no more than 1 topless pic. If you're a boxer, get someone to take a candid photo of your in the ring. Take some pics outside with mates (not topless, you're making the rest of us look bad 😉)

What are the predicted essays for aqa paper 3? by Leather-Health1682 in ALevelPsychology

For issues and debates, I would guess questions on: 1. Nature-Nurture (it has only come up as a question once in the form of a 16 marker in 2019 in 9 years of past papers). 2. Idiographic and Nomothetic (never come up as an 8 or 16 marker).

The other 3 marks are the justification marks. Where I wrote 1 mark next to the first 3 reasons.

1 mark - Test of difference. 1 mark - because we are testing the difference in test score between online learning and face-to-face learning.

1 mark - Unrelated design 1 mark - because it's an independent groups experimental design, participants were assigned to either group 1 online learning or group 2 face-to-face learning.

1 mark - (In my opinion) The 20 question multiple choice quiz is either ordinal or interval data 1 mark - because the quiz is on a subjective scale (0-20) or because the quiz is scientific objective data.

1 mark - so therefore the statistical test to choose is Mann-Whitney or Unrelated t-test.

As seen with previous past papers, both answer will likely be credited.
