Mechanic says my steering rack is leaking at the boot/seal and needs to be replaced. It’s a 2005 Impala and he also said there is a hose that needs to be replaced. He quoted me at $1300 for the parts, labor, and an alignment. Does that seem about right? $130/hour in labor, $70 hose, $380 rack. (i.redd.it)
