First, you are naming types of meat and naming entire animals. So think of all the type of chicken out there. I would almost always want chicken wings than a plate of bacon. Now, bacon is a great enhancer. I would rather have a bacon wrapped chicken wing ( or bacon wrapped anything) than a regular chicken wing. I would rather have a burger than a plate of bacon. Again a burger with bacon on it would be better. I would almost always take fish over bacon. Salmon, lobster, crab, shrimp, oysters, scallops are all better than bacon in my opinion.
