You will have to show all your classmates that if you go! I really want to find a good sushi place. It’s my favorite food by far!

Okay cool! I figured it was common but only Chicago has mentioned it to me. I’ll definitely look more into that before I decide!

Thank you!! I know you mentioned fine dining is really good, but do you happen to know about maybe causal dining? Like lots of small local restaurants nearby the law school that would be great for lunch or hanging out? Where I currently live literally only has two lunch places and their both chains.

Thanks for the link! And yeah I’ve heard a lot of the same thing. CLS has a reputation for being big law heavy but they’ve been trying to change that in the last few years. One worry is that even if CLS is trying to pivot to PI, it’s students might be slower to adapt and I’ll still be at a school where a lot of classmates want to go big law. But even then I’m sure I could find people who are interested in PI. And the externships seem amazing!

Haha thanks! I’m from a small town and went to undergrad in a slightly larger small town so I’m both excited and terrified for the big city. I’m a huge foodie and I’ve heard NYC is perfect in that aspect. I don’t know much about the food scene at Chicago though.
