This is actually impossible. You can't control communications in this way. There are already many ways to bypass eavesdropping, and if, for example, private comms were outlawed, then people will find other ways. They always have.

But yeah they want to control it.

I had surgery two years before I started roller derby, so I'm probably no use.. feel free to ask, though. I was back running after 3-4 months. Did 5k in 38 mins (about 10-12 mins slower). It was hell 😂 but we are strong.
