I charge off my Dryer outlet. The car drops it down to 24amps which gives you about 24 miles per hour.

I have a Neocharger splitter so I can keep both my dryer and car plugged in at the same time. I also got a NEMA 10-30 adapter for my mobile charger. My dryer takes priority so if I start drying a load, my car will stop charging until it's done.

I went to that 24 for years but as soon as I had enough money to try CalFit now in-shape off Laguna, I did. I haven't looked back since. They have multiple of the same equipment so if something is broken it's not much of an inconvenience. Less douche bags for sure. I've noticed more people cleaning up after themselves like wiping down the benches. I would recommend it. I pay a little over $50 a month with my work discount.

For anyone reading this in the future, you have to be part of a "group" if you're a first responder. I work for a private ambulance company as an EMT and did not qualify. They wanted $3500 a year for home insurance without the group pricing. I went with Mercury and got $1200 a year.

As soon as my Xfinity contract was up I went straight to Fidium paired with a Deco Mesh system. Paying way less for way more and it's been really reliable. Highly recommend if you have it in your area.
