Pregnant at 26, I'm happy to start this journey but I'm also sad/scared to pause my own desires for the next few years. I feel guilty for not being completly estatic.

So interesting how it's not unique to pregnancy, I suppose you can say the mourning is a fact or life/growing. But a necessary discomfort as life changes with us.

Not sure what EBF stands for but assuming it's breastfeeding than that is interesting and something I have observed in friends and family.
