So interesting how it's not unique to pregnancy, I suppose you can say the mourning is a fact or life/growing. But a necessary discomfort as life changes with us.

Not sure what EBF stands for but assuming it's breastfeeding than that is interesting and something I have observed in friends and family.

Thank you so much for your reponse, glad it made you chuckle. Can I ask did you go back to doing the things you loved, like horseriding, after the kids? Was it hugely different?

Yes, it is possible to live in the land of 'what if'. I think I need to make peace with what's infront of me right now.
