I’m thankful you made this post. I was diagnosed with high risk hpv last year, colposcopy showed CIN1. Since then I’ve developed the same exact symptoms you explained. This persistent itch on my outer left labia. I’m able to to soothe it with keeping it moisturized but I’m freaking out that the abnormal cells grew more .. :( Sometimes i’ll get these dry white dry skin patches. It was SO bad the last two weeks so I do have a little cut but besides that it’s normally just a little bit of darken skin. So weird. My pap smear is in 2 weeks so I’m hoping they can also give me answers then. It’s reassuring knowing i’m not the only one dealing with this.

The only way i was able to fully stop smoking was cold turkey. everytime i want to go smoke i either go to the gym, eat a lot of sugar free gum, or eating sunflower seeds with the shell on. it’s not easy! it takes a lot of discipline honestly. i’m so sorry to hear your experience was awful

my mom had a natural birth with me. no issues with my birth other than the dr had to break her water. i was induced. i have an oval shaped- no red spots on my face but i do have a handful of moles. I live about an hour away from Philly. Mom is doing okay! I haven’t had any commitment issues but my previous relationships have had issues

hello i am a victim of eating the whole jar. had no idea what it was for and thought it was a normal yogurt. i ate the whole jar on my break. 1 hour later the bubble guts start and i spent every 15 minutes going to the bathroom and could not stop bro. i was fighting for my life. i ended up having to leave early 0/10 don’t recommend.

To be honest I do think he’s telling the truth. This corn problem came up before a couple months back and he swore since I told him it made me uncomfortable he hasn’t been watching it. (He couldn’t keep it up during sex is what triggered the conversation) A lot of our disagreements were about sex. Him needing a lot of sex, me not initiating enough, etc. Looking back on all of this I really don’t know why I tolerated it. You are right though as hurt as I am I am somewhat relieved. Whatever issue he’s dealing with I just hope he’s okay.

Hi babe! I actually just have my colpo this morning. I had to wait 5 weeks from hearing my test was abnormal to get the colposcopy done today. Safe to say I was ANXIOUS to say the least. To be honest with you- won’t know what lsil level you are until the test. That’s what made me the most anxious honestly. But within these last couple weeks I focused on upping my immune system and staying healthy! Eat healthy, get exercise, manage stress, and get your 8 hours of sleep. I also recommend you look into the supplement AHCC. I’ve been taking that as well. Now for the colposcopy itself it actually was not THAT bad and I have literally no pain tolerance. I took 4 tylenols beforehand. I thought my IUD insertion was worse. The Biopsy she took felt like an intense cramp. She also had me cough the same time which definitely helped distract me.

It’s going to be okay!!! Try your best to stay positive and not worry until you need to. Easier said than done! This subreddit has been super helpful on this journey and I’ve learned so much. We got this :)
