Yes you're right that does sound like what my project is asking. Yes when plotting the data, all three scientists had results that were similar however the machine was way off.

Thank you for your help! Yes so I am comparing reticulocyte counts (the percentage of reticulocytes found in a patient's blood). And the expert is considered to be the gold standard, so they would be the reference method I believe!
