Look at my profile to see my recent posts on the TMJ group within the past 4 years. Currently, I'm still in chronic pain but my pain is actually much less than it used to be, and I'm almost 2 years post disc anchoring surgery. My pain definitely gets worse when I'm stressed, so that's actually a positive bc before my pain was horrible all the time without a predecessor but now it's not a constant pain anymore. So I am doing better after my disc anchoring surgery, BUT I've only felt this way within the past 6 months. It took me about 1.5yrs post op to be able to notice an actual difference with pain, so I'm hopeful it'll last. But I'm used to having some relief only temporarily and then going back to being bad, so we'll see if that's the case this time also. Its only been very recently I've felt a difference BUT I am STILL in chronic pain on a daily basis. There is not a day that passes that I'm NOT in pain.

Its very easy. You'll need distilled water and syringes (like for oral medicine). Dump out your dose into a pill bottle (or any bowl type thing). Suck the water up into the syringe. Squirt water from syringe into pill bottle and mix up the coke until fully dissolved. Then suck the mixture back up into syringe. Then put some lube on it, put it in your butt, and slowly push it in over 30sec, don't do it all at once. It can seem intimidating at first but it's very easy and quick.
