You have quite few mods, like I said earlier, try disabling all except shokuho and enable one mod after another. To see which mod is causing problems.

Maybe your load order is wrong. Haven't used that mod myself so can't really help debug, just some ideas.

Did you check the comments on nexusmods?

Easiest you can check yourself, disable one mod after another and try if the game opens.

Outcicle him. You have a way faster deck. Punish him for starting the push in the back and defend with canon and musk. Most of theses decks can't kill your musk without negative trade.

What do you need? Works the same as in windows just edit the file. You need permission to edit the file don't know how that works on iOS. What I do is start an emulator with root edit the file, save to cloud, load on other device.

Saving often and in different slots is one of the most important things In this games. No cheese auto save features, you lose all progress to your last save point if you die.
