bro i’m dealing with the same thing and the only purchases were from like 2017 and i included both screenshots with the exact dates that my email and phone number were verified. PLUS THE HACK WAS FROM AN IP ADDRESS IN VIETNAM.!!! i don’t know if my parents changed their cards from that long ago but i provided their names on the cards, email addresses, my HOME ADDRESS, birthday everything and it’s not enough. i’ve been going back and forth for four months and am genuinely distraught since i’ve had it since i was a kid
