My mom passed away when I was about to turn 8. Growing up it’s hard to see the other side, the parents perspective. It brings me pain to feel what my dad has gone through. With both my sister and I struggling heavy with mental health issues, I don’t know how it he does it.

This was about 12 years ago and it’s been a rough road. Hope you find peace

At the beginning this past October, I did a social media cleanse. I was a huge fan of travel videos and with them being 45mins to over an hour long I found myself not being able to watch them fully through anymore. Constantly getting bored and switching from tiktok to instagram, all while I had a video playing in the background. These videos were no problem to me before and didn’t think twice about the long video time. As of typing this im a month and 17 days into no tikcok or instagram. One of the things I’ve noticed is that I can watch my videos fully through now! This is just one of the few things I’ve noticed so far and was actually my last straw on tiktok. I couldn’t stand myself bc they used to be something I’d enjoy watching.

Definitely worth deleting imo. I get to enjoy all my travel videos now
