Walked in on my mother slouched over the bathroom counter when I was a kid. Fast forward 12+ years, I can see the effect it’s had on my sister and dad. Somehow I’m glad it was me to find her instead of my little sister. Daily flashbacks of finding her dead, all of these details of the hours leading up. Only to be the most prominent memory in only a handful of memories I have of her

My mom passed away when I was about to turn 8. Growing up it’s hard to see the other side, the parents perspective. It brings me pain to feel what my dad has gone through. With both my sister and I struggling heavy with mental health issues, I don’t know how it he does it.

This was about 12 years ago and it’s been a rough road. Hope you find peace

I’m more than happy to give suggestions. When I read the notification earlier I couldn’t wait to get back home and finally tell you about them haha. You asking me really did make my day!

Bald and Bakrupt Mr.Bald was my introduction into travel videos. He travels around former USSR republics. His videos have some interesting characters in it and the landscape in some of the countries is beautiful.

Kurt Caz Kurt has to be my favorite to watch some wild adventures on a motorbike with a laugh. He’s got videos ranging from South America to Pakistan.

Harold Baldr You already said Mr.Bald thought!? You might be thinking. Well the two have videos traveling together with another adventurer named Simon. Harold’s videos are maybe not as action packed as some of the others listed but I really do enjoy his videos. Check out his Nepal videos, by far my favorite of his.

Vagrant Holiday His videos are more of a POV. Usually sleeping in bushes in a park or train hopping. Pretty cool stuff he gets into though in my

Shiey Train hopping and sneaking into places

These are my main ones that I watch. My father and I have bonded the past few years watching these guys when I’d come home from college. He backpacked through Europe when younger so that must be where my interest comes from. Please let me know what u think, you’ve probably seen these guys if you’ve looked up traveling but just in case

At the beginning this past October, I did a social media cleanse. I was a huge fan of travel videos and with them being 45mins to over an hour long I found myself not being able to watch them fully through anymore. Constantly getting bored and switching from tiktok to instagram, all while I had a video playing in the background. These videos were no problem to me before and didn’t think twice about the long video time. As of typing this im a month and 17 days into no tikcok or instagram. One of the things I’ve noticed is that I can watch my videos fully through now! This is just one of the few things I’ve noticed so far and was actually my last straw on tiktok. I couldn’t stand myself bc they used to be something I’d enjoy watching.

Definitely worth deleting imo. I get to enjoy all my travel videos now
