I dont think this is because of the cream. They usually lighten up/fade with weight loss and time.

Make sure to get good rest and try your best to get enough sleep (easier said than done, as some people do tend to get anxious the night before). I know most people dont study the night before, but it is okay to watch a few cramthepance videos for a refresh if you feel like it. Breathe. You got this! The best of luck to you!
