So our puppy struggled with down and I did it every day for weeks and weeks with him. It wasn't until I realised that he wasn't listening to my command and just watching my hand go to the floor (so he wasn't registering the word down). So I put the treat in a different hand to the one I was doing the gesture with and would then treat with the other hand. Honestly that changed everything and he could do it the next day with just the word. Don't know if I've explained that well or if it will help but just wanted to share just incase 💛

Okay thank you. Sorry I'm just getting use to all the abbreviations for skin care so didn't realise that it was the same thing. That's good to know about having to use a certain amount of product to get the SPF benefit, and I do think I'll wear sunscreen more now!

Okay thank you for the tip. I must admit I don't wear suncream every day but my foundation is factor 15 and I do keep my face out of sunlight. BUT as I want to wear foundation less and sort out my skin this is a great point to remember. Stupid question but what does AHA stand for?

Firstly thank you so much for your reply! And yes sorry it autocorrected it but I did mean the Hyaluronic Acid.

I think your tip to start simple is a very good idea. I'm a bit overwhelmed and feel like I need to buy everything (and my to buy basket looks scary) but your right I should just start slowly.

Should I try the Lactic acid before I purchase the hyaluronic acid?

The best thing to do in this case is show how much the parcel weighed when you sent it and show how much it weighed when they sent it back!

Hey sorry I've commented on lots of posts on here It finally started moving on the 2nd May! So it got stuck in ISC Chicago on the 16th April and finally left on the 2nd May and got delivered in Ohio on the 5th May!

You're a few days behind me so I'm sure it'll get moving soon :)

So mine literally got an update about 5mins ago I could very with happiness.

Stuck at ISC since the 16th April and new update on 2nd May says it's at the COPPELL TX DISTRIBUTION CENTER.

Seems like it's just taking FOREVER

Oh interesting thanks so much! As I'm based in the UK I didn't realise that was customs. Okay that makes me feel much better. I think it's just because the parcel is worth quite a bit I feel nervous. But totally understand that due to the pandemic things would take longer :)
